The Perry Project

We are Phineas and Ferb fans, and I just love Perry the Platypus. I was on the Disney website and saw this project. I couldn't resist, so I immediately hit the dollar store!

I bought an orange shammy to use as felt for the bill, feet, and tail. I bought googly eyes and teal hair curlers for the legs. I bought two wood boxes for the body, and teal paint.

I cut the curlers in half, cut out the shapes using the template (I got two pieces for the tail and glued them together with a pipe cleaner inside to make it posable, drawing lines on the top piece. I also glued two pieces together for the bill),  glued the boxes together and painted them teal.

Once it dried I glued on all of the pieces creating Angel's own Perry treasure box.

It is too cute.... I just love it!
